Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES® 

I serve buyers and sellers of all ages, but as an SRES®, I have gained special knowledge and experience to meet the specific needs of clients over the age of 50.

A REALTOR® like me, who chooses to add SRES® to their tool kit does so because he enjoys interacting with individuals 50 and over. My decision to become an SRES® is rooted in a desire to help others. I have respect for older individuals; and the ability to listen deeply and ask the right questions. I know how to communicate the old-fashioned way, with a handshake and a visit.

 

Below is a picture of me with my parents who lived with my wife and I for 16 years. Because of that experience, I understand first-hand the issues involved in aging in place and all the service options that are available when needs arise.

I understand that this can be a stressful time for a family. It can be hard to deal with leaving a home after spending many years in it. There is never a charge for my time helping to coordinate any senior services that you require to make your move smooth and easy. ( Legal, pack and move, de-clutter, senior housing communities, cleaning, etc.)

Don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you’d like until you feel comfortable with the steps to the sales process and other potentially complicated details. I am ready to move quickly if you want to, but also I am dedicated to going at your pace and taking the time you need to get the right result.
