It is a myth that your home needs to be perfect in order to sell profitably. I have lots of experience selling all kinds of homes WITHOUT IMPROVEMENTS  for maximum profit. 

I serve buyers and sellers of all ages, but as an SRES®, I have gained special knowledge and experience to meet the specific needs of clients over the age of 50.

A REALTOR® like me, who chooses to add SRES® to their tool kit does so because he enjoys interacting with individuals 50 and over. My decision to become an SRES® is rooted in a desire to help others. I have respect for older individuals; and the ability to listen deeply and ask the right questions.

Below is a picture of me with my parents who lived with my wife and I for 16 years. Because of that experience, I understand first-hand the issues involved in aging in place and all the service options that are available when needs arise.
