When my younger brother passed on, I had his older home in the city of Hopkins to sell. It was a great location across from the golf course. There was the general cleanup of furniture, bedding, pictures, lower level workshop, office area, bathroom, den, patio and other areas. He had a nice yard that had to be kept up and upgraded. When I spoke with Terry, he informed me of many other details that had to be worked on to put the home in a salable condition. It meant a bit more work but after following his suggestions I was sure appreciative that I followed up on all of the items he brought forward. I then realized that his help through the whole process resulted in a quick sale at the price I was looking for. It was Terry's personal interest that brought everything to a satisfactory conclusion in the sale.
